THE DANGEROUS RAMBLA
100% Garnacha
This wine has been made with Garnacha grapes planted in the “Rambla del Peligrés” plot. Hence it takes its name to show us the most Mediterranean side of the Garnacha.
VINIFICATION: Harvest in 15 kg plastic boxes. 50% goes directly into small concrete tanks without being destemmed or crushed. The remaining 50% is destemmed without being crushed. Fermented with autochthonous yeasts in concrete tanks without adding sulfur at room temperature with their skins and part of the stalk. Once the fermentation is over, it is lightly pressed and remains in concrete tanks for 5 months until it is bottled directly without clarifying, without filtering and without the addition of sulfur.
TASTING NOTES: Picota cherry color, with a medium layer and violet reflections, which denote its youth. Many red fruits on the nose such as raspberries and blackberries with clear floral nuances. Nice entry on the palate, fresh, light and fruity, it has a lively and vertical tannin. It has a very good acidity which allows it to show the juiciest and freshest expression of the Garnacha in the southeast of Spain, being a very pleasant and easy to drink wine.
